Service Description

Full-Service Bookkeeping includes three service phases: cleanup/setup, ongoing bookkeeping, and closed books. In the cleanup/setup phase, your bookkeeper helps you set up your chart of accounts, connects your banks, and teaches you the basics of QuickBooks Online. If you have information in QuickBooks Online already, your bookkeeper will help clean it up. As part of ongoing bookkeeping, your bookkeeper categorizes your transactions and reconciles your accounts. Once that is completed, your bookkeeper closes your books and confirms they’re accurate by preparing a trial balance. They then send you PDF copies of key financial reports, including your profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
